What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Local storage entries may serve a similar purpose for remembering preferences such as cookie consent.
How we use them
Connectivity Dev uses essential cookies (and local storage) to remember your consent choice and keep basic site functions working. If you accept analytics, we may use cookies to understand aggregate traffic — for example, which session pages are read most often.
Rejecting non-essential cookies does not block browsing, forms, or reading about cold-wallet journal sessions.
Cookie table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| connectivity-dev-cookie-consent | Stores Accept or Reject choice for the consent banner | Up to 1 year (localStorage) | Connectivity Dev |
| session_affinity | Maintains basic load-balancer routing if used by hosting | Session | Hosting provider |
| _ga | Distinguishes visitors for analytics (only if accepted) | Up to 2 years | Google Analytics (if enabled) |
| _gid | Distinguishes visitors for analytics (only if accepted) | 24 hours | Google Analytics (if enabled) |
Essential items may operate without a traditional cookie file when localStorage is used for consent.
Managing cookies
Use the Accept or Reject buttons on our banner on first visit. You can clear site data in your browser settings to reset the choice. Browser controls also let you block third-party cookies entirely.
Third-party cookies
Analytics providers may set their own cookies when enabled. Their policies apply in addition to ours. See our Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled.
Impact of disabling
Disabling essential storage may cause the consent banner to reappear. Disabling analytics cookies only reduces our ability to see aggregate usage; the site remains usable.
