Rates cover human-led appointments. The desktop journal itself is obtained separately from Microsoft Store; session fees do not include custodial services or tax advice.
Cold-Wallet Ledger Setup

Ninety minutes covering entry structure, sample deposits and withdrawals, transfer-note wording, and two weeks of email clarification. Multi-wallet households receive a written quote before booking.
Transfer Note Review

Sixty minutes reviewing existing notes for gaps and inconsistent labels. Larger archives (beyond a typical twelve-month sample) are priced after a short volume check.
Cross-Device Orientation

Forty-five minutes aligning a second machine with your primary journal habits. Best scheduled soon after setup.
What affects a quote
- Number of cold wallets or distinct storage setups
- How many devices need orientation in the same week
- Whether notes arrive as tidy exports or scattered files needing sorting time
- In-person meetings outside standard desk hours (quoted separately)
Deposits and payment
A 30% booking deposit secures the appointment time. The balance is due on the session day. Invoices are issued in HKD. See our refund policy for cancellations and rescheduling.
Not a subscription
There is no monthly plan. If you need a later review, you book another session at the then-current rate.
