Purposes
We use data to respond to enquiries, schedule sessions, issue invoices, improve the site (when analytics are allowed), and meet legal obligations.
Legal bases
Where the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) of Hong Kong applies, we process data with your consent, for contract performance, or for legitimate interests such as securing our systems — balanced against your rights.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active client relationship or dispute. Invoice records are retained as required by Hong Kong accounting rules. Analytics data follows the cookie durations described on our Cookies page.
Sharing
We use service providers for email, hosting, and (if enabled) analytics. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
If a provider stores data outside Hong Kong, we take reasonable steps to protect it consistent with PDPO expectations, including contractual safeguards where appropriate.
Your rights
You may request access to and correction of your personal data, and ask us to stop using it for direct marketing. Contact contact@connectivity-dev.digital. You may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong.
Children
Services are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
