Refund Policy

Effective date: 1 July 2026

This policy applies to paid human-led sessions offered by Connectivity Dev (Cold-Wallet Ledger Setup, Transfer Note Review, and Cross-Device Orientation). It does not cover Microsoft Store software licensing, which is governed by Microsoft’s terms.

Eligibility

Refunds relate to session fees and deposits paid directly to Connectivity Dev. Informational website use is free and not refundable as a purchase.

Booking deposits

A 30% deposit secures your appointment. Deposits are refundable in full if you cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled start. Cancellations inside 72 hours forfeit the deposit unless we cancel or we agree a milder outcome due to documented emergency.

Full session fee

If you paid the balance in advance and cancel with at least 72 hours’ notice, we refund the balance in full and apply the deposit rule above. If the session has started, fees for completed time are non-refundable; unused prepaid time may be partially refunded at our discretion.

Partial refunds

Partial refunds may apply when:

• We shorten a session for reasons on our side
• Technical failure on our connection prevents delivery and a reschedule is impossible
• Scope was materially mis-described by us before booking

Non-refundable items

• Completed advisory time already delivered
• Custom printed practice sheets already produced for your session after you approved the draft
• Third-party costs you incurred (your travel, your software licences)

Rescheduling and no-shows

You may reschedule once without charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Later reschedules may require a new deposit. No-shows without notice forfeit the deposit; the remaining fee is not charged if unpaid, or may be refunded minus the deposit if prepaid.

Work already started

If preparation work (questionnaire review, draft templates) began with your consent before the live session, a reasonable preparation fee may be retained from the deposit when you cancel late.

Process and timing

Email contact@connectivity-dev.digital with your booking reference and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval, subject to your bank’s processing time.

Method

Refunds are issued in HKD to the original payer. We do not refund in cryptocurrency.
