Acceptance

By accessing connectivity-dev.digital or booking a session with Connectivity Dev, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

Who we are

Connectivity Dev provides informational content about a cold-wallet desktop journal and offers human-led sessions (ledger setup, transfer-note review, and cross-device orientation). Sessions and information

Session descriptions and rates on this site are informational. A booking is confirmed only when we accept it in writing and any required deposit is received. We do not provide custody of digital assets, investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and branding belong to Connectivity Dev or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without permission. You retain ownership of your own journal files and notes.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site (attempting to disrupt it, scraping in bulk, or submitting abusive content through forms). You must not ask our advisors to store or transmit seed phrases, private keys, or passwords.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Connectivity Dev is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from decisions you make about your cold storage. Our total liability relating to a paid session is limited to the fees you paid for that session.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of material changes where permitted by law.
